When exposed to heat, it will not fade in color and it can accommodate hot pans or pots - resisting heat up to 536 degrees F. Also, this cinder sink is resistant to stains and scratches and to all household and alkali solutions. For installation, it requires an outside cabinet size of 33" (drop-in) or 36" (undermount). Undermount clips are purchased separately. It can be installed on decks with a thickness of 2-1/2 inches. This Blanco 441467 is ANSI Z124.6-97-approved and IAPMO/UPC-listed which means that it has a design that is thoroughly evaluated for safe and sanitary plumbing systems.
