Very worth while purchase Rated 5 by Jasper
  Yes, I recommend this product.
Started out just buying an inexpensive exhaust fan to replace an ancient fan, likely 40 years old. Biggest problem was old hole was round and new install is square. Easy to fix, just a couple minutes of work with a sheet rock saw and hole was square! Took maybe ten minutes to do the entire install. My biggest surprise was how quiet it is overall. Not the quietest fan I have ever come across, but much quieter than I was expecting at this price point :) Easy to install, even with needed ceiling modification. Attractive and fairly quiet. Very good value for the money as well as good quality. Would buy this again!!

Does the job Rated 5 by Dave73

This is a low CFM model but it is important to size the unit for your particular room size. As far as noise goes, it is common to make a bath fan loud so as to mask any other "noises", both to benefit the person sitting on the throne as well as anyone else within hearing distance. This is especially true in a powder room where it may adjacent to other living spaces and the reason that they have different sound ratings. If you want a quiet one, pick one with the lower level.

Over 6 months now and works great Rated 4 by Giorgos
  Yes, I recommend this product.
6+ months ago i replaced my small bath's fan. i can not complain AT ALL..... for the price it sells this is absolutely amazing!! It removes foul air efficiently and works like a charm. With respect to noise level.... it is noisy, but i do not visit the toilet for reading or napping and have no problem with a little noise side-effect for 2-3 mins. I was very skeptical buying it because i thought it would not last for the ridiculous price i paid. So far so good...

Loud but work well in smaller bath. Rated 4 by Lee88jr

Have this in both baths. Works great in 40 sq. ft. bath. Noisy is my complaint since it is next to my TV room & have to turn tv up when it is on. Builders also put same model Broan 688 k in my larger bath, 80- to 85 sq ft. I understand why it seems much quieter now. 50 cfm not enough power. No suction.
