Quiet, works ok, but barely opens my soffit vent Rated 4 by renodog
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I should have never bought such a low volume fan for the application I have. I am sure in a different situation it would be better, but it does not have enough flow to fully open the valve/vent in the soffit of my home. Only would recommend in the correct application, otherwise bump up a power level...
