This bathroom ventilation fan with light features DC motor and control technology to provide energy efficiency almost 10 times greater than Energy Star requirements while reliably maintaining its rated power of 50CFM. The Broan XB50L is UL listed for use over tubs and showers with a GFCI circuit. This fan is compatible with a radiation damper RDFU and can be used to comply with ASHRAE 62.2 and CALGreen standards. The Broan XB50L comes standard with a 3-year warranty.
