As usual for Brondell, this filter gets high marks Rated 5 by Carmanly
I installed this filter about 4 months ago in my kitchen in New York City. New Yorkers like to brag about their water, but to me it smells and tastes like drinking from a swimming pool. Add this filter, however, and in less than 5 minutes, I have great tasting water at the touch of a button. It takes a bit of room on the counter, but well worth the sacrifice to gain my space back in the fridge. I use it for my Nespresso machines, for cooking and for drinking. I have not yet had to replace the filters. As with all my Brondell products, including bidet seats, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Aesthetically pleasing and great nano trap filter! Rated 5 by Taylor O
I ordered the H2O Cypress just over a year ago. I was sick of filling up the Mavea in the fridge and wanted something built in but not permanent (renters dilemma). I liked that the cypress had not just a carbon filter like a pitcher filter but also the pre-filter to get rid of dusty rusty bits that inevitably are in the pipes in my place. The real value add though is the nano trap filter which takes it level deeper. It's not quite a Reverse Osmosis or UV filter but for most cases this will fit most city folk needs. The design matches all of my other tech forward consumer devices.

Absoluetly love it Rated 5 by Ark2014
This filter changed my mom's life. My mom's been having some digestion problems. She went to see a doctor and went through every single exam that you could think of including gastroscopy and colonoscopy and thankfully nothing. Doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong but she would still complain about stomachache and gas. We noticed that if we cook with bottled water and she only drinks the bottled water she would feel much better by the end of the day. Obviously, bottled water was not a long term solution: a) plastic waste b) expensive so we started looking for a better solution and decided to give a shot to Brondell since it had great reviews. The Brondell filter was as good as bottled Spring Water. Also, the filter takes very little space and I love the sleek design.

H2O+ Cypress is the winner Rated 5 by pat27
We tried the top-rated water filtration options for our apartment rental, from simple carafes to faucet mounted systems, and found Brondell's H2O+ Cypress countertop system to be the best choice and value for the following reasons: 3-stage filtration process, slim form factor, ease of installation and use, no waste water like reverse osmosis and simply the best tasting. We highly recommend this product.

Questions & Answers

Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in tap water can include both beneficial and harmful substances. A TDS meter estimates total concentration of dissolved solids based on electrical conductivity of ions. It can't identify substances, so low TDS readings don't necessarily mean healthy water. Reverse osmosis can reduce TDS by 90% but also removes beneficial minerals and generates wastewater. Brondell's Cypress H630 three-stage filtration lets good minerals like calcium, magnesium, and sodium get through. Many bottled-water producers add those minerals because highly purified water tastes flat. The H630 is designed to dramatically reduce water-soluble harmful contaminants, including industrial chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, turbidity, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and microorganisms, most of which cannot be "read" with a TDS meter. See Performance Data Sheet to learn what Brondell's Cypress H630 removes.
