Faucet Features the H2Optics Technology that need no adjusting. A hardwire (24 VAC) powered by a Class II Transformer is required, Hands free operation that begins with the built in sensors when one approaches the faucet, which also has an adjustable Sensing range and timeout. The Auto shutoff is factory set at 45 seconds however you can set this between 15 to 75 seconds that can be activated. This Hi-Rise Synergy Faucet comes in a Chrome finish and delivers water at the rate of 1.5 GPM. 

The faucet is made out of Brass that is Chrome Plated made for a Commercial bathroom sink. Dimensions are the following: Spout Ht-7", Spout Reach- 5", Max Deck Thickness: 1.5".
