Touch2O Faucet Leaking Rated 3 by Derek
No, I do not recommend this product.
Just installed 6-8 weeks ago, faucet started leaking today after I touched it "off." Can't be the 'manual' valve at the faucet; turning to full off at point works fine. None of the supply lines are leaking. Solenoid wires aren't touching. Worked perfect until now. Went to use faucet this morning but after using the Touch 2.0 I have a leaky faucet - steady for the last 30 mins. Is this a solenoid issue? Are my batteries failing already? Help? Too much money paid for this to be failing. Had replaced an old school faucet that went 8 years before any issues. Didnt get the Pilar, I got the other one - can't remember the exact name. DOUBLE HELP???

  Yes, I recommend this product.
The unit was installed on November 16th of 2015 and in January of 2016, it drips when you attempt to shut it off using the touch technology. You have to actually move the lever to an off position to stop all flow. The Customer Service is excellent, as when I called in my issues, they were very quick to obtain all info and put a replacement part in the mail to me. I received it within 10 days of my call to them. I am hopeful that this will resolve the issue and we can enjoy using this faucet for years to come. Aside from the dripping issue, it works great and we do like the features. If it had not been for this issue, I would have rated it excellent across the board.

Faucet dribbles Rated 2 by JenniferL
No, I do not recommend this product.
I loved my touch faucet initially, except that it never worked properly when the indicator light was connected. No big deal though, I just unplugged it and it worked fine. Until a few months ago. Recently when I try to touch on, it either does nothing or just trickles water. After multiple tries it will sometimes work, though other times I just have to abandon it and come back later. Additionally, sometimes it only turns on when I touch the lower part of the faucet or the handle, but not when I touch the main part. It seems to be getting worse and I'm about ready to scrap the whole thing after about 2 years of use.

Getting water flow from faucet very inconsistent Rated 1 by Cotton01
No, I do not recommend this product.
I was thrilled with the idea of a touch technology faucet. When I remodeled my kitchen I purchased the Delta Pilar with great expectations (even though it was very pricey). It's beautiful to look at and when it works, its great. But most of the time I touch the faucet for water, a very small trickle comes out. Blue light comes on but no water. Have changed batteries many times to no avail. It's now become so annoying that I'm ready to throw it away and purchase another brand. I never know if it will flow correctly and it's getting worse and worse. Can't believe a product that costs so much can be so bad.
