Nice faucet...great company Rated 5 by Sangiof
Installed faucet in 2008. Had several problems in 2014. Dripping and stuck toggle on wand. Company happily sent replacement parts which did the trick. Wife recently complained about the finish chipping and cracking (deteriorating really) at the base. I called service rep who couldn't have been more helpful. They are sending out a replacement part as we speak. In this day and age of poor customer service, I am overwhelmed by getting a human being on the line at 5pm on a Saturday with only one IVR question asked. And she was all about getting it done. Really good products. Really excellent customer service. I am redoing bathroom this winter. Will require Delta products.

Leaky Faucet - Allora Rated 3 by nicole
No, I do not recommend this product.
The Faucet has a nice design and features but it has been three years since I installed it and it is hard to close the water fully. For some reason it needs to be close on a very specific way so it does not drip. it started to do this about 2 years ago.. It was fine before but know I have to be careful how I close it so it does not drip water. My husband has replaced all the gaskets multiple times and still the problem comes back after a few months of use. The seals just seem to wear out then the leaking starts again.

For the amount of money paid, disappointing performance Rated 3 by JohnRB
No, I do not recommend this product.
I have had this faucet for about five years now. I have had to replace the end nozzle four times, I guess because the black button on it that switches betw spray and stream wears out? And now, the flow coming out of the faucet is way down. It is above a trickle but not much more. Plus when I am done with it and return the extended nozzle back to the base, it continues to leak for about another minute.

I like this faucet. Has worked great with no leaks. Starting to wear out and durability is a concern. Rated 3 by PapaDeej
  Yes, I recommend this product.
We have really liked this faucet and it looks great in our kitchen. I am concerned now because the spout has started loosening...appears to be a worn out bushing. Also the sprayer no longer stays seated. Looks like the Magna Tite bushings that hold sprayer in place are worn and have started to crumble apart. I expected we would get much more life out of this faucet.
