The Dial 12000-20S-230 is a 230V Ductless Mini-Split Air Conditioning and Heating Unit that is designed to be used for a 450 to 550 square feet room. It has a 20.5 SEER rating with a cooling capacity of 12,000 (BTU/H) and a heating capacity of 13,000 (BTU/H). It uses R-410A refrigerant that is known to be environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, while absorbing and releasing more heat than other refrigerants. Aside from this 12000-20S-230 mini-split system, other variants that you can choose from are the Dial 12000-25S-115, the Dial 12000-17S-115, and the Dial 12000-25S-230.

This unit features a Single Zone Inverter Technology where its inverter compressor only uses enough resources (RPM) to cool the room without compromising performance.
