DuraVent has incorporated a new and innovative system that features a lock-tight connection for Type B natural gas and propane vent applications. This Type-B Wall Thimble is designed to safely and easily pass duct runs through walls. This Wall Thimble has the ability to withstand the rugged demands of continuous gas ventilation in residential and industrial applications. This Thimble also comes equipped with an inner wall that is engineered to heat up rapidly and remain hot during operation of the appliance which increases ventilation and appliance efficiency. 

The M&G DuraVent 0162 5GVWT features deep locking grooves for a quick and secure lock, a corrosion-resistant galvanized body, an aluminum inner wall, and is ideal for gas fireplaces, gas-fired furnaces, boilers, gas water heaters, and wall heater applications. The M&G DuraVent 0162 5GVWT 5" Type-B Wall Thimble is not compatible with coal or wood-burning applications.
