These Drain Boards are very durable, and made to withstand the daily wear and tear that comes in commercial kitchens. This Sink has a lustrous highlighted satin finished surface and a patented undercoating design that reduces condensation and deadens sound. This Elkay ILR4822L0 Lustertone Double Bowl Gourmet Sink has a 3-1/2 inch centered drain opening. Also, this sink bowl measurement of 16 inches long, 16 inches wide, and a bowl depth of 7.5 inches. This entire sink is constructed out of the highest quality Lustertone stainless steel and will require a 51" or larger sink base/cabinet. The sink and pitched drain board are constructed from 18 gauge, type 304 (18-8) nickel bearing stainless steel. The Elkay ILR4822L0 Lustertone Double Bowl Drop-in Gourmet Sink complies with ASME A112.19.3/ CSA B45.4 and these Sinks are listed by IAPMO as meeting the applicable requirements of the Uniform Plumbing Code, International Plumbing Code, and National Plumbing Code of Canada. |
