This fully ADA compliant bathroom faucet has improved overall functionality for people who have limited mobility. The Gerber 40-024-BN can be installed on three holes (deck plate not included) configuration. A color-matched metal touch-down drain and a cap are included in the package to complement its tailpiece.

The Gerber 40-024-BN is an EPA/WaterSense certified lavatory faucet with a low flow feature of 1.2 gpm (4.5 L/min) with maximum aerator @ 60 psi. It uses a ceramic disc cartridge (GA507906N) which is known to be maintenance free and is generally guaranteed not to wear out. It is available in a brushed nickel finish.
