This Oatey 15620 is an 8-ounce Multi-Purpose Thread Sealant that is ideal to use with PVC, ABS, CPVC plastics, stainless steel, and synthetic rubber. Certified by the NSF/ANSI Standard 61, this lead-free multi-purpose thread sealant is suitable for potable water applications. It is a non-flammable Real-Tuff thread sealant which features 12,000 PSI (pounds per square inch) maximum working hydraulic pressure that produces leak-proof hydraulic protection. Withstanding temperatures ranging from -200°F to +550°F, this white PTFE thread sealant is designed for durability.
