This Green Mountain Grill JBR Jim Bowie Pellet Grill comes with remote control (non-Wi-Fi) and high-end grilling tools that will make you the best griller in the neighborhood. The digital remote allows you to monitor and adjust the temperature from a distance, the meat probe checks the internal temperature of meat, and the Sense-Mate thermal sensor helps maintain the desired temperature inside the firebox by constantly monitoring the ambient temperature during any season. In cold weather, the grill jumps into "Turbo" mode, heating up quickly and maintaining the desired temperature. 

The Jim Bowie Pellet Grill also has a stainless-steel grate, a dome thermometer, and a peaked lid to provide clearance so it won't touch a stand-up chicken, large fowl, or rib racks. If you want your food smoked, you can simply keep the temperature lower for a longer period of time than you would for grilling. This grill is perfect for grillers who tend to forget to refuel their grills: The pellet-feeding hopper automatically increases or decreases its feeding speed depending on the temperature you set, and it alerts you with an audible alarm when the hopper is getting low on pellets. 

Green Mountain Grills designed the Jim Bowie Pellet Grill with a self-igniting system and a firebox that maximizes air circulation with venturi-style, vertical air channels to generate "cyclone" combustion inside. They also added a convenience tray with utensil hooks, legs with locking front casters and hard rubber wheels, and a positive-pressure hopper fan that prevents back-burn. When you finish grilling, the "Fan-Only" mode burns up excess pellets, blows ash out of the firebox, and automatically shuts off the grill.
