The Hansgrohe 15936181 is a  3/4" Quattro Green 3-Way Diverter Rough-in Valve without a shared function. It features one water inlet and two water outlets, which allows you to utilize the body sprays, the hand shower, the shower head or a combination of any of the two. It has a built-in ceramic cartridge and a flow rate of 17 GPM (gallons per minute).
