The Honeywell ARD12 Automatic Round Damper has a 12 inch round duct interior diameter that operates with 24 volt electricity. It has a single blade damper that shuts off tightly against gasket for very little or negligible leakage. The Honeywell ARD12 is a very flexible Automatic Round Damper as it can be field-converted when you want to use it as an independent zone or just for fresh air intake. The main material for this Damper is a galvanized steel with protective coating for steel or iron to prevent it from rusting. It has a power closed or spring return open damper that can be use with Honeywell Zoning Systems. This Honeywell ARD12 Automatic Round Damper Controls air flow in heating, cooling and ventilation systems that can be installed in any unbending or flexible round duct system. Other ARD(Automatic Round Damper) models are available in different diameter sizes 5 - to 10-inch, 12-, 14-, 16-, and 18-inch diameter.
