I'm sorry to hear that your Honeywell HM512VPIAQ TrueSTEAM humidifier isn't working well. Before anything else, it is best to check if the product was properly installed. Please read this Installation Manual as your guide. This humidifier features a TrueSTEAM humidification system that automatically detects faults. In a presence of a fault, the system will attempt to recover itself up to 5 times in a 24-hour period. If unable to recover in that time, the red Call Service LED light will activate. You will know what's wrong with your unit by determining the number of red light blinks. Please read the Troubleshooting Guide on page 19 of that same manual above to know the steps on how to fix each fault.
