The Little Giant 566106 LB-OPWG Leaf Basket Trap is intended for use with the OPWG Series. This out-of-pond accessory includes pump attachment fittings and a leaf basket with clear lid and O-ring. This Little Giant 566106 LB-OPWG Leaf Basket Trap acts as a strainer basket designed to facilitate priming of the pump and the suction line. It minimizes debris intake by trapping leaves and other foreign objects that might cause clogging. This helps improve water clarity in water gardens resulting to a healthier and cleaner pond. It comes with a 1-1/2” and a 2” fitting for connections to the OPWG Pump Series. This is used only when the pump is mounted above water level. More details are available in the specification sheets.
