The Malco Fdc2 is a Flex Duct Shear. This set of flex duct shears are designed to cut insluated flexible round duct, as well as the duct liner's wire rib coil. The pointed bottom blade easily pierces the duct to start the cut, and it's thumb operated latch ensures that it stays closed when not in use.
