Good day! We appreciate you asking about our Mansfield 08ULF-10 Part Ballcock 08 10 ULF Box. The valve may just need the seals cleaned or replaced. To clean the debris out of the valve head, first, turn off water supply. Then, flush water closet until most water is gone. Unscrew to remove the float ball and float rod from lever arm. Via a steady tug, remove the refill tube from the flush valve. Next, twist the cap nut counter-clockwise with one hand on the shank and remove the cap and plunger. Then remove the upper and lower diaphragms from the body through the cap locator key using a pencil tip. After which, rinse the debris between the diaphragms. You may then replace all the items in order. If the seals are torn or worn out, the replacement seal kit is the Mansfield 630-7984 Part Kit-Ballcock 08 Service Pop.
