AWSOME TOOL Rated 5 by Anonymous
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I work full time in a mechanical workshop dismantling 4x4s and comercial vehicles. This gun does everything I ask with relative ease. A number of co-workers have a competitors cordless gun, and now most of them want to replace them with this one. More power, more compact, better balance, and a hell of a lot cheaper! The pin detent takes a little getting use to, but much better than the options. The red lithium batteries last longer than any others as well. I am already recomending this impact wrench to others I know and everyone is impressed. I have used a few competitors guns and believe this to be the best on the market at the moment.

Power to spare Rated 5 by Anonymous
Most of the used auto parts places (junk yards) have gone to find it and remove it yourself, and trying to remove rusted bolts on cars sitting outside for years is not easy. I was at one such place when I saw this guy removing parts at an incredible pace, so I asked how he was doing it. and he showed me his impact. Now I own one too. I have yet to find the bolt this thing will not remove. It even removes susspension nuts. Plus, two fully charged batteries will last all day. Sometimes the socket can be difficult to remove but if you line up the hole with the pin you can use a small tool to push in the pin or a screwdriver to pry it off.

Bought this thing because I got stuck when my timing belt broke, I had all done except the Harmonic balancer bolt. I had nothing to get it off. Since I bought this thing it has taken off axel nuts on my old ford escort. Bolts on Exhaust, and Harmonic balancer bolts with relative ease. I would reccomend this to anyone. It does strip stuff easily so take care, also if your car is low to the ground the size of it can be an issue, for example getting to ball joint bolts will not be easy w/o swivel sockets or something. Also have used it with a Greenlee KO kit on 2" and it does it easily. All in All it works great.

Detent Pin Rated 4 by Anonymous
I Bought 12 3/4" Drive and 14 1/2" Drive kits recently in Australia. The 3/4" comes with the ring and the Avil drilled so you can put a pin through with a rubber to ensure the socket doesn't come off. The 1/2" unfortunatly came with neither, instead it's got a Detent pin which if Lucky lasts for about a week. I've spoken to my Milwaukkee Rep about getting the Anvil drilled on the 1/2" Drive, and his reply was they couldn't do itand give the warranty. So although it's a great tool I maybe forced to look at other alternatives with better socket retension.
