The Milwaukee 6078 model Sander is a part of the Sander Series. This comes with a 7" or 9" rubber backing pad and discs bit (sold separately). This sander provides high performance and durability for moderately heavy jobs. With accessories that can be attached allowing this tool to be used for removing paint or rust, this tool is versatile enough for the biggest of jobs on metal, plastic, and fiberglass. It gives you spiral beveled gears to transfer the maximum amount of torque, a spring-loaded recessed spindle lock that assists in convenient accessory changes, and it can be converted to a grinder by purchasing a 7" or 9" guard and wheel, which are easily attachable.It has a 13 AMP motor. It can operate at a speed of 0 - 6,000 RPM.
