High maintenance Rated 2 by Anonymous
No, I do not recommend this product.
Not recommended. I have paid for this thing twice : the first time and the second over the last 5 years in repair parts plus shipping. I've had two leaks, a broken piece inside, and the button on the extender head is now worn out. This unit is rather complex internally (what I typically refer to as a 'damnable contraption') to rely on cheap plastic. More moving parts and functionality requires durable, quality materials and careful design.

Wonderful Product and Service!! Rated 5 by Anonymous
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I have a faucet that was installed when we built our home in 2001. In 2007 we had some problems with it. When I explained my problems I was sent a newer model as they no longer made the model I had. This was fine as the new model was just as beautiful as the original. Now I am having problems again!! I just spoke to Mason at MOEN and he is sending me the replacement pieces I need to repair my faucet again. He was so kind and understanding while I explained my needs. You know how we can describe things?? Like the doohickey, and the round thingy. He understood everything. I love MOEN all of my faucets in my home are MOEN. I recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic customer service Rated 5 by DoityourselfR
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I would like to commend the service team at Moen. I was in a panic as company was coming in for an early holiday get together. I was leaving for work on a Friday morning and as I went to rinse my coffee cup my Extensa handle came off in my hand. I looked up the model and called Moen. Within a couple of minutes I was talking to Niclole. A minute more and we confirmed the model and had the part needed to fix it nailed down. I was told it would take until the following Tuesday to receive the part, and to my surprise before noon on Saturday the Fed Ex truck was delivering my parts. 15 minutes later I am back in business. Moen, you have a customer for life!

Rusted out and no place to go Rated 3 by metco
No, I do not recommend this product.
7 years ago building my house i chose all Moen products in my three baths and the kitchen. This kitchen faucet was not my better choice. Mounted on granite this faucet began to give trouble right away when i noticed that making the pull out hose retract didn't go real smooth. and about a year ago when the whole thing began to get a loose feel about it. The loose feel was caused by a ring under the head and on top of the granite was rusting out. this "washer" is now totally disintegrated and the head is loose and warbles. After 6 years it began breaking down. I expected more from a Moen! I am now in the hunt for a replacement.
