About the Moen 8312AC10Moen 8312AC10 Chrome Brass 3/4 In. Top Spud Urinal Flush Valve, from the Commercial brass collection in a Chrome finish. It is an ac powered exposed style urinal flush valve, with self-diagnostic electronic and a manual override button. The urinal Flush valve has vandal resistant 3/4 In. IPS angle stops. Operating pressures 10 to 125 psi, with 24 hour sentinel flush and uses 1.0 Gpf (gallons per flush). Moen 8312AC10 includes 6" cable tube AC powered transformer and has an adjustable sensor eye. Moen's Commercial brass collection is tested for strength, safety, and durability to ensure design integrity and is vandal resistant. Meets all requirements of ADA IAPMO and CSA to meet ASME A112.19.2M ASSE1037. 5 year warranty. |
