Moen 8312R10 Chrome Brass Retro-Fit Urinal Flush Valve, which is part of the Commercial brass collection and has a Chrome finish. It is a battery powered Retro-Fit urinal flush valve, with self-diagnostic electronic and a manual override button. Operating pressures 10 to 125 psi, with 24 hour sentinel flush and uses 1.0 gpf (gallons per flush). Also has a piston flushing mechanism and an adjustable sensor eye. The flush valve also has a low battery indicator light, and includes 4 AA batteries. Average battery life is 250,000 cycles. Moen's Commercial brass collection is tested for strength, safety, and durability to ensure design integrity and is vandal resistant. Meets all requirements of ADA IAPMO and CSA to meet ASME A112.19.2M ASSE1037. 5 year warranty.
