Great Faucet Rated 5 by Tanna757
We ordered this faucet to replace our original Moen faucet. I was worried about trying to install it myself, but it really wasn't that difficult. Uninstalling the old one took way longer than installing this one. The instructions were easy to follow. We've only had it a few weeks, so I can't speak to the durability. It's a Moen, so I assume it will last a good while. As for function, it has a very smooth on/off lever- you barely have to touch it. The pull out faucet has a durable looking hose & retracts quickly and smoothly. I was a bit disappointed with the flow, but I think all the newer faucets are running at only 1.5 gallon flow rates for environmental reasons. (I miss a strong running faucet!) My only problem with The faucet is that the body of it is quite a bit more narrow than our previous faucet. The way our countertops were stained, they weren't colored under the faucet, so there is now a white ring around the faucet body. Shouldn't be a problem unless you have weird counters like we do...

Nice but not great Rated 4 by Debby
  Yes, I recommend this product.
The plumber and I agreed that this was a nice looking faucet. However, the plumber had a bit of trouble with the installation. I am not sure why but I am glad I didn't try to do the installation. The faucet has a more traditional look to it than I like. I would have preferred a more sleek design. This was a replacement faucet from Moen and I didn't have a choice. ( I guess) This was the only one I was offered. Parts of it seem quite sturdy but the sprayer is too light weight. This is a design element to allow the Reflex of the sprayer. I am sure if it was heavier it wouldn't "reflex" The Reflex works quite well but the sprayer doesn't always end up in the correct position. I will assume that it will be a durable faucet but I haven't had it long enough to tell. I think most people would be happy with this faucet but I would point to my review before recommending it to a friend.Thank you, Moen, for replacing my old faucet. And thank you, Jill C. for your fine customer service and help in getting me the replacement.
