It is designed to deliver a flow rate of 6.0 gallons per minute (GPM) at 45 psi. Having complied with ADA's high standards, this tub filler is proven to be user-friendly and safe especially for people with disabilities. The pivoting action of the lever handle of this tub filler is highly functional, allowing for a quick turn and easy access to water. Note that the floor mount rough-in kit TS50100 (sold separately) will be needed for complete installation. Moen extends a lifetime limited warranty to the original homeowner against drips, leaks, and finish defects. It also has a 5-year warranty if used in commercial installations. |
