Moen's Posi-Temp pressure-balancing control valve helps maintain a comfortable water temperature in the shower and is part of their M-PACT common valve system, which allows you to easily change the trim and faucet style at any time without replacing the valve. 

The single-handle lever makes it easy to adjust the flow and temperature of the water and also meets accessibility standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
