It is equipped with the Posi-Temp pressure-balancing control valve, making it easier to keep the temperature in the shower. This shower trim from Belfield has four ports. It is built on the Moen M-PACT common valve system which lets you update the faucet style in the future without replacing any plumbing. This shower trim comes with an oil-rubbed bronze finish, making this shower trim resistant to water spots, fingerprints, and scratches. It can also be purchased in brushed nickel (T2312NHBN) and chrome (T2312NH). This oil-rubbed bronze shower trim has a connection size of 1/2 inch and a CC connection type. It comes with a lever handle. The showerhead should be purchased separately. This Posi-Temp shower trim is ADA-compliant. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty against drips, leaks, and finish defects to the original owner and a 10-year limited warranty when used in multifamily installations and a 5-year warranty when used in commercial installations.
