The lever handle complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) specifications. It is equipped with the PosiTemp pressure–balancing control valve to help maintain water temperature in the shower. The valve escutcheon has red/blue indicators. This Moen T2812NH has a 5-year warranty for commercial installations and a limited lifetime warranty for residential installations to the original consumer purchaser.
