Eva cold water handle Rated 4 by Anonymous Bought the Eva: T6420 about 3 years ago. Great design and function. But until 2 months ago the cold water handle froze up. I have soft water, but only on the hot supply. Cold water handle would not turn on the flow, force handle to shut off. Could not remove the handle. It's one piece with the cover that hand tightens over the threaded base attachment to the sink. Hot water handle is fine. Thinking that others who do not have soft water would have the same problem with this Moen faucet. Hard water seems to cause this. Had to use channel locks to remove from base. Used lime-away and LP Dry Lube to finely loosen the handle. Originally posted on moen.com Jun/2013
Horrible faucets Rated 1 by Anonymous No, I do not recommend this product. I ordered 4 of these and have been very unhappy with the faucets. They are not long enough and water is constantly splashing onto the backsplash, and around the base of the faucet is always wet. If you like a clean finish and want your bathrooms to appear neat and tidy, then you will not like this faucet. It looks very nice (when not in use), but makes a mess when you have to actually use it. I have not had any problems with the shower equivalent, just problems with the sink faucet. terrible design Rated 1 by Anonymous No, I do not recommend this product. too high of arc and too short of reach..cannot properly wash hands with this design second moen that we had to replace because of design flaws..the first one was too low and long..couldn't get hands under faucet without hitting spout and this one is just as bad!! lots of wasted money on these faucets plus the expensive installation costs :( Originally posted on moen.com Dec/2015
Water falls too close to back of sink Rated 3 by ColoradoGal No, I do not recommend this product. We had three Eva widespread faucets installed in two bathrooms during a recent remodeling project. They look beautiful, but I don't like the way water falls straight down from the faucet and too close to the back of the sink. If it weren't for this serious design flaw, I would have rated this faucet style five stars. Originally posted on moen.com Jun/2014
