Replacing an escutcheon and faucet lever Rated 3 by cruisinbill
  Yes, I recommend this product.
We had to replace all of the Moen fixtures in the ensuite bathroom in our 9-year old house after water damaged the tub/shower area. We were unable to find replacement parts for the original series used by the builder so a plumbing and bath shiop recommended the Chateau series as a close match. We just needed the fixtures and not the Positemp valve as the plumbing behind the walls was still in good condition. After the tilework was complete, the new fixtures were installed. We went with a different tub spout, though, as the pull-up feature on the Moen shower diverter was causing too much strain on the spout. We chose another spout with a down pul diverter, as it was much easier to use and it automatically retracts after showering. It took a lot of time and running around to find replacement parts so we're not giving Moen the highest rating.
