The Moen TS310 valve trim from the fabulous Waterhill collection is designed to bring water at a constant temperature and precise control of water pressure. Its charming lever handle makes it easy to adjust the water flow. This Posi-Temp single-handle valve trim is both elegant and functional. It comes with a chrome finish that provides corrosion resistance and eases cleaning procedures.
This valve trim is equipped with the Posi-Temp pressure-balancing control valve to help maintain water temperature even when water is being used somewhere else in the home. It also features the Moen M-PACT common valve system that allows you to easily replace the faucet trim without having to replace any plumbing inside the wall, if ever your style or color preference changes. Note that the 62300 or the 2500 rough-in shower valve (sold separately) will be needed for complete installation.
