Great, quite high volume fan Rated 5 by Anonymous
We recently installed this fan in our master bath - 12' x 14' with vaulted ceilings, shower, jetted tub, and two sinks. We've had a long-term moisture problem because of the lack of ventilation. This baby moves plenty of air to keep this bathroom dry and the mirrors steam-free, no matter how long we run a hot and steamy shower. It's relatively quiet for a bathroom fan, but EXTREMELY quiet when compared to other high volume (>150 CFM) fans. Note that installation is slightly tricky, as instructions recommend building a mounting frame out of extra 2x4's. Also, you need clamps and ducts to get the air to the outside. We vented through the roof using insulated 6" flexible duct. Note that a 2' horizontal run of the duct work maintains the silent operation; anything shorter tends to send vibrations back into the fan. We also installed it on a spring timer as the swtich, which was an excellent suggestion by our electrician.

This thing really sucks! Rated 5 by Anonymous
This fan moves some serious air. It just doesn't matter how big of a dump is taken in the bathroom this fan pulls all the stink out so fast no one ever smells it. It does this all while being quite enough not to disturb everyone sleeping for a late night crapper rendezvous.
