Replacing Bad Cartridges Rated 2 by laragn
No, I do not recommend this product.
I have had this product for two years and am on my third cartridge for the hot side. The unit began leaking after about a year. I replaced the cartridge and another 2-3 months later the leak appeared again. When I removed the cartridge on the hot side the smaller pieces fell out and I had no choice but to purchase another. Very frustrated with this product. Probably should have spent more money on better unit.

No, I do not recommend this product.
We put 304 in my apartment complex the gooseneck has seals that break and the valves week I've had to change many of them out. Also the nuts that hold the body to the sink are plastic and they keep breaking to try and order them all I'm getting on the same product back instead of metal ones very bad design. Other than that the look of them is a nice look .

  Yes, I recommend this product.
I don't think they make the faucet that we own any more -- this is the closest. Ours, after better than fifteen years, was still working fine but the finish had corroded. I emailed Pfister with a picture, and a few days later I had the replacement parts in hand. THAT is a warranty!
