Love this shower head! Rated 4 by Carey Yes, I recommend this product. This shower head has a very nice finish to it and looks fabulous in my tiled shower! The way the water flows through the shower head feels very soothing and relaxing. After working fine for several years, I did have an issue with the water either being very hot or very cold that required a part to be set out for replacement. When I called customer service they were helpful in identifying the necessary part and mailing it out to my promptly - all at no cost to me! Was very satisfied! Great Company Service Rated 4 by Gary K Yes, I recommend this product. About 16 years ago I installed this faucet in my shower. Last year the handle became hard to move and then would break loose. I called Price Pfister service and they replaced two parts at no cost to me. This says something very good about their company and product that they can life time warrant. The service person on the phone knew exactly what was wrong and was very helpful. Originally posted on pfisterfaucets.com Jun/2016
Beautiful fixture! Rated 4 by rawbears Yes, I recommend this product. We use this in a commercial setting. I love its functionality, but it doesn't seem very durable. We have trouble with the stem getting weak and breaking. Not sure if it's a matter of weak material (nylon?) or that the guts of the cartridge lose their initial lubrication quickly. Rated 4 by lmp Yes, I recommend this product. Have had them (2) for over 5 years and I am very happy with them. One of them developed a leak and the manufacturer sent me a replacement cartridge with no questions asked. The other one has just developed a leak so I will contacting them for a replacement.
