like the look, but..... Rated 1 by berndog
No, I do not recommend this product.
Quality falls way short. We have well water, which we filter and change the filter monthly. Even so, the cartridge fouls up. It has been replaced and needs it again. I have taken it apart, cleaned it and it helped some. In hindsight, I would not have bought this because I can see this will be a forever problem until the cartridge is "no longer available" and I will be forced to tear the whole #!&$ thing out and replace the whole thing. The cartridge # gas already changed. I will say the the customer service rep was great.

Great shower head Rated 2 by Broadway Rich
No, I do not recommend this product.
Installed the Avalon tub & shower trim kit in 2007. Shower head is great, best I ever had. Spout is of poor design. Location of gate valve for shower operation causes the spout to splash all over when filling the tub. Mixing valve does not fit in a wall studded with 2x4's. Sticks out too far. Had to get an extra long screw retainer sleeve to cover it. The flange back plate is held in place by a piece of double stick tape, which stopped holding after about a week so that the flange spins.

Looks Great - Box View/Actual View Different Rated 3 by countrygirl
  Yes, I recommend this product.
Love the look of this installed, but the temperature control lever does not sit flush to the cover. It actually sits out quite far, so the box is misleading on how it looks installed. Thought our plumber installed incorrectly until I contacted Pfister to find out about that, and why water could be dripping from the faucet. Also the shower head (where the water comes out), is plastic. You don't notice it once it's up, but a little disappointed, especially with price paid.

Handle problems Rated 3 by bazom
No, I do not recommend this product.
This is a great product, but every 2 years the parts in the handle break. I am on my fourth one. The upside is Pfister is very accommodating and I've always been taken care of and have never even paid for shipping for the parts. Their customer service is very easy to deal with and I like that. The downside is the handle breaks and I have to order the parts and fix it. I really like the style, just wish they'd make the handle out of better materials.
