Kitchen Remodel Faucet Replacement Rated 5 by Vince
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I bought this faucet set at Home Depot at a close-out table 5 years ago while remodeling our kitchen. It had the configuration for the sink we had selected and best of all was at a sale price. The faucet was easy to install. The directions were clear and accurate. It was a perfect fit for the application and the look we were trying to achieve. The only issue is the soap pump needed to be replaced, twice, but each time the customer service was exceptional. The replacement item was promptly sent at no charge. Other than the soap pump everything works the same as the day it was first installed. I would not hesitate to buy a Phister product should the need arise.

Nice Looking, Poor Quality, Overpriced Rated 1 by LTCusaf
No, I do not recommend this product.
I bought this faucet several years ago during a kitchen upgrade. Had it installed by a plumber. Since then the soap dispenser has broken and, recently, the plastic mounting shank for the side spray hose guide has broken off. I have always gotten excellent responses from Price Pfister for free replacement parts but it is a real hassle crawling under the sink to make repairs. This product was too expensive for such failures; mainly because of the use of plastic instead of metal on a kitchen faucet used many times per day. Like other reviewers, I can't recommend this faucet to anyone.

Love the look, BUT... the quality is bad Rated 2 by Rebecca L
No, I do not recommend this product.
The quality of this faucet is low. The soap pump boke twice. The first time, I ordered a replacement part and Price Fister sent me a new one free, which was nice. Now it's broken in a different spot. It only ever got moderate use, not like we beat it up. The real kicker is the faucet itself. It doesn't regulate the water flow (basically you get either a trickle or full-on high pressure, nothing in between) and when the water flow is too low, the handle drops and it literally turns itself off. I have a friend who's got the same faucet in his house and has all the same problems, so ours isn't an anomaly. I wouldn't buy this faucet again. It's only a couple of years old, and we'll be replacing it soon. Disappointed!

Very happy with faucet- except for 1 issue Rated 4 by DIY expert
  Yes, I recommend this product.
We have had this faucet for 5 years it works very well except for 2 issues. The first was the failure of a plastic ring holding the sprayer, and I'm pleased to say that Pfister replaced the piece quickly and for free. The other issue was far more expensive. This faucet has tiny screens in the part of the fixture that connects to your hot and cold water pipes. After a major plumbing repair job in my building, my faucet ceased working (the screens had gotten clogged with sediment). Even the plumber who I called did not know that there were screens in the intake line ($80 bill). By odd chance, I located a website that described this problem and the solution(not the Pfister web site). Pfister, please make this issue more obvious in the manual!
