Fantastic customer service Rated 5 by Denny
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I just had my faucet of 15 years replaced because the chrome finish was peeling and the faucet was starting to leak. I was amazed that all it took was a phone call and a photo of the faucet (discontinued) with the installation manual (which I had kept!). I requested stainless steel instead of the chrome so it wouldn't peel and I received the new set not two weeks later. We installed it ourselves quite easily and it works beautifully, I truly didn't expect such an easy, no hassle replacement; lifetime warranty means what it says! I'm very grateful for the fabulous customer service an have told many people of my happy experience with Pfister Pfaucets! Thank you, again!

Great company... so-so product Rated 2 by donald
No, I do not recommend this product.
PF sent me this faucet to replace my original that I was having problems with. It worked perfect the first year, and then I started to have leaking from the body of the faucet . they sent me o-rings which solved the problem for a while... the next time they sent me a new cartridge. The leaking seems to have stopped , but now I'm having a problem with the lever slowly closing itself as I'm running water. To overcome this nuisance , I have to run the water at a fast rate. The company responds well to my inquiries .... but the product does not seem to be that reliable

Worked well for only 1-2 years.... Rated 1 by CartridgeReplacer
No, I do not recommend this product.
The faucet worked fine for 1-2 years. Came brand new with the house. Then the handle would slowly drop down on its own, shutting off the water. I contacted customer support that recommended the cartridge should be replaced. They waived the price of the cartridge, but I had to pay the shipping fee. An easy 5 minute DIY replacement and the sink worked fine for another year until the handle dropped down again. I was too lazy to replace the entire faucet and contacted customer service again. For a total of 3 or 4 times, each time paying the shipping fee. Finally tired of feeling like I was renting a facuet, I finally bought a new and different faucet which has worked fine for the past 3 years. On a side note, the pfister bathroom faucets seem to be still working fine.

Awesome and economical! Rated 5 by cmstaci
  Yes, I recommend this product.
When I purchased my home 13 years ago, this style's predecessor was already installed in my home. We have very hard water, but it stood up well to daily use. When it was finally time to replace it, I purchased this updated model. It feels good in your hands (not like cheap plastic like some vendors use) and the sprayer can be activated with very little water pressure. It is stylish looking and the cost was very economical. Extremely pleased that I decided to go with Price Pfister for my replacement.
