Average, Average, Average... Rated 3 by BrownsTribeFan
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I ended up with this faucet because the previous PF faucet I had wouldn't work properly any longer and replacement parts were no longer available. This was the faucet I was sent as an equivalent replacement. Installation was fairly straight forward. The faucet is functional and seems to have nice finish. Time will tell as to how it holds up. The one issue I have with this unit is that sometimes when you turn the water on it makes a thump and actually reverberates a noise and vibration. I don't know if this is how the faucet is supposed to behave or not. I've never experienced an issue like this with any other faucet I've owned. It's not an annoyance, just an observation. It's an average faucet.

  Yes, I recommend this product.
Parisa 4 hole single Handle model has been a real problem for the past 20 years. I have worn out the threads and securing screw holding the handle onto the cartridge. The internal parts have been replaced AT LEAST 15 times. The 0rings,cartridge, and nuts require frequent replacement. BUT...There is one thing I can tell you, This company stands with their products. So far, every call for parts has been welcome, and responded with haste. I am fortunate to have the ability to work on it myself. The people that I have dealt with on the phone have been Excellent.

Replacement when very much needed Rated 5 by Bob
  Yes, I recommend this product.
We bought our first Pfister kitchen faucet more than 10 years ago, probably more like 15 years ago. When that faucet developed problems after heavy use, Pfister replaced it at no charge with the Parisa. This was probably 6 or seven years ago. When that faucet had had enough of our daily "grind," Pfister replaced it at no charge once again with the same model.

Design causes wear on cartridge and seals. Rated 2 by Fognorth
No, I do not recommend this product.
Have had this kitchen faucet for going on 10 years now. Have had to replace cartridge twice, some seals and my last lifetime warranty request for a specific part that was leaking was never fulfilled. The on off handle is part of the triple decker assembly that takes the most abuse just using it to turn the water off and on and adjust the temp. Think this causes strain on the base of the assembly seals and the internal seals and cartridge. Note that most of the newer models either have side or front turn off and on only valves that do not cause pushing down or up or sideways to adjust temp, water flow and off and on. My wife swears a lot having to clean the base where water leaks out and leaves residue buildup. Will replace the unit soon and will seek another design for sure.
