Would purchase again..... Rated 3 by Pleased
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I purchased this faucet while remodeling our kitchen, it looked and still looks great after 10 years of daily use by a family of five. We have been very pleased and would purchase again. For the purpose of this review I will mentionthe minor issues I have had, first the water pressure from the faucet has not been great since I installed but hey it conserves water, the sprayer developed a leak after about five years but with a quick email to the company I received a new one in the mail. Again these are minor issues considering it has been used for ten years and I can imagine it will last ten more......

No, I do not recommend this product.
I've had the bronze version of this faucet with soap dispenser for about 5 years. I've had a couple of problems with it. The diverter had to be replaced early on--they sent me the part but I had to pay the shipping and of course the plumber. Then 2015 it started leaking and I came down to the kitchen one morning with a lake on the counter and floor. They sent the wrong part and then finally the right part. Again, I had to pay someone to install the part. And now it's leaking again. I haven't called for a new part because I'm considering replacing the whole faucet with another brand but of course that means another plumbing repair cost. I can't recommend this product given the repeated problem.s

Pretty Inferior Product Rated 1 by nyfry

I bought this because I loved how it looked, but I regret my purchase. I have to keep a screw driver under the sink to constantly tighten a bolt when the whole faucet loosens and starts to wobble when I use it. The finish is chipped on the faucet from normal washing of dishes and accidentally tapping the faucet. When the sprayer is engaged, water still leaks from the tap (I hate that!), and the sprayer sticks on when the lever is released. I replaced the sprayer once due to that problem, but it didn't take long for the new one to start doing it too. Overall, NOT a quality product.

Product not recommended Rated 1 by Gary
No, I do not recommend this product.
I purchased this fixture for it's name and appearance. I have also purchased a PF bathroom faucet, and have been disappointed with the service of both.... Mostly the Kitchen fixture.....when activating the sprayer, the water never shut off in the faucet, meaning the diverter was we stopped using the sprayer...accidently is was used, shutting off the water to the main outlet-rendering the faucet completely useless...As no one seems to carry PF parts, we had to order parts from PF...we were told It would take 10 days to get the part (diverter), so we replaced the faucet with a different brand, and at a much cheaper cost. It's not the best, but neither are the PF faucets we have purchased, so we'll make do.
