Sad product Rated 1 by Ron
No, I do not recommend this product.
I have had this faucet in our home for about 6 years and have not been impressed. I expected much more, especially for the price. I have had to replace the valve assembly three times and the diverter twice, with little success. The water flow is erratic, sometimes slow, other times even slower unless I pump the handle a couple of times. Then the flow increases to its normal slow mode. When I turn the faucet on, it often acts like there is air in the line, burbling or coughing, but I know there is not a water hammer problem. Also, I need to keep a towel around the base of the faucet to absorb the water that leaks from the main column.

Conflicted Review Rated 4 by MN123
  Yes, I recommend this product.
On the one hand, this is a beautiful faucet & the customer service is excellent. On the other hand, the parts don't last & the finish corrodes easily. I had this faucet in my old house across town in the bronze finish. The water began to corrode it within months. The same is true of the same faucet with stainless steel finish in the new house (which has whole-house water filtration). Still, the water corrodes the finish noticeably within months.

Great customer service Rated 5 by Do it herselfer
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I purchased this faucet several years ago (maybe 10 years). The handle was getting a little loose so I wanted to order a new cartridge. I researched their website, found the part, and called to order. Customer service here at Pfister wanted to make sure I was ordering the right part, so asked me to send a picture of my faucet. I did, and they noticed that I had replaced the spray head (I did a couple of years ago). So they sent me a new cartridge AND a new spray head completely free-of-charge. I will never buy other brand of plumbing parts except Price Pfister. I also tell all my friends that they should too.

SoPFISTicated looking faucet Rated 5 by Cee
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I bought this product approximately 8-10 years ago (not sure when). Since tha time is have contacted Pfister a couple of times for minor repairs/parts. Each time i have received immediate and satisfactory attention and customer service. The product ( 034 PTCC) which has now been discontinued, has exceeded my expectations of a kitchen product. In the past i have used other, more inferior faucets and have had to to replace them on a yearly basis. I am pleased to have chosen Pfister as my kitchen faucet (recommended to me by the point of sale employee) and impressed by the performance and durability of the product. I will be replacing my bathroom fittings on my next reno with Pfister products.
