No, I do not recommend this product.
This faucet was sent as a replacement for a defective product but is a different design. Our previous faucet was a sleek modern design and this design in clunky. The hose feature works well but the the system restricts the water flow to the point that pressure is very weak both for cleaning material off of plates and utensils or for filling a container. The soap dispenser is the major design flaw. The spout slopes down. This results in soap dripping into the sink after you have removed your hand. On most other, and our previous system, the spout terminated at an upward angle prevents such dripping. Disappointing product. But Pf did honor is warrantee.

Yes, I recommend this product.
Two years ago I called Price Pfister about a warranty claim on my kitchen faucet. We have well water so it is hard on fixtures. I was told that they have discontinued that particular item. After emailing them a photo of my old faucet,to prove that I actually owned that particular one, they sent me the Hanover. It was similar to the old one but the design was a lot better I particularly like the fact that the spray feature is adjustable and it can be switched back and forth between spray and regular flow. The old one had to be turned off in order to switch it. Great faucet and you can't beat the Price Pfister warranty.

Yes, I recommend this product.
My original kitchen Pfister faucet developed a leak in a seal. I contacted Customer Service to inquire about purchasing a replacement and was told that my unit had been discontinued, it was 10 years old. Thought I was out of luck. but that was not the case. The Service Rep asked me to submit a picture and then contacted me with the option of selecting a replacement unit from 5 choices at no cost. Where can you get that kind of service. Never encountered it before. Pfister stands behind their products and I am looking forward to many years of reliable service out of this new unit just as I had with my prior one. My wife loves the new one and of my home faucets are Pfister.

Yes, I recommend this product.
I received this faucet to replace the faucet I had and was no longer available for parts. I was very satisfied with my old model, but the filter was becoming clogged too often and needed to be replaced. I did not pick out this model, but I love it! Much better then the last model I had, which was 8 years old. I installed it myself, (yes, I'm a woman) which took me a little longer than should have because I wasn't feeling well. It was not difficult at all. Everything fit perfectly! I've had it now for approximately 3 months and couldn't be happier. Thank you Pfister for taking care of your customers so well. I will always be one of them! Do I recommend this product? You bet!!
