Thank you for your interest in the Rain Bird XFS-06-12-100! Yes, this 1/2" X48000 XFS Drip Tube with Copper Shield and the Rain Bird SSF70-50S 1/2" Sub-Surface Drip Emitter Tubing flexible, copper-colored polyethylene tubing that has factory installed pressure-compensating, inline emitters spaced evenly per listed spacing. They also have the almost the same operating range except that the Rain Bird XFS-06-12-100 can have the flow rate of both 0.6 and 0.9 gallons per hour. Their differences are not only in length but also in specifications as the Rain Bird XFS-06-12-100 has the O.D. of 0.634", I.D. of 0.536", thickness of 0.049" and can have 12”, 18” and 24” spacing as desired. The Rain Bird SSF70-50S on the other hand, has the O.D. of 0.700”, I.D. of 0.580”, thickness of 0.060” and 18” emitter spacing. We hope this helps!
