About the Reed B16

Reed's B16 is a Self-Feed Bit. It has a 1/2" (Iron) - 3/4" (Copper) pipe capacity. It weighs .3 lbs. This bit is designed with precise, hardened cutting edges that hold up cut after cut. It features an aggressive self-feed lead screw helps draw the bit into the wood without applying pressure, and the lead screws are machine ground and therefore burr-free. The inside cutting plane ensures clean, smooth holes for consistent and even work, and it's teeth can be sharpened with a file, with best results from a diamond grit file. This bit is for drilling in Iron and Copper.
