Reed's LCRC12I is a Rotary Cutter. It has a 10" - 12" cast/ductile iron pipe capacity. It weighs 50 lbs. This cutter is designed to cold cut large-diameter steel, most stainless steel, and ductile and cast iron pipe in close quarters. It is supplied with a slip-on handle that is used to turn the cutter around the pipe in one direction. 

The handle is used to tighten the cutter every 1/2 revolution. It is the best manual cutter for ductile iron, and with good leverage from the long handle, the pipe snaps off squarely before the wheel penetrates halfway through the pipe. It has a heavy-duty frame, and it uses either RCS8-36 for steel and RCI8-30 for ductile and cast iron, and RCX wheels to cut up to 25/32" wall thickness for steel pipe.
