Reed's LCRC16X is a Rotary Cutter. It has a 16" - 18" heavy-wall/stainless steel pipe capacity. It weighs 60 lbs. This cutter is designed to cold cut large diameter steel, most stainless steel, and ductile and cast iron pipe in close quarters. It is supplied with a slip-on handle that is used to turn the cutter around the pipe in one direction. The handle is also used to tighten the cutter every 1/2 revolution. It is the best manual cutter for ductile iron, and with good leverage from long handle, the pipe snaps off squarely before wheel penetrates halfway through pipe. It has a heavy-duty frame, and it uses either RCS8-36 for steel and RCI8-30 for ductile and cast iron, and RCX wheels to cut up to 25/32" wall thickness for steel pipe.
