This Reed LV9PM magnetic torpedo level is 9-inches long and has pitch measurements on the center vial. Its lightweight frame (0.3 lbs/0.1 kg) is made of sturdy plastic, and the working edges are precision ground to sit flat. The magnetic base of the LV9PM torpedo level holds it firmly against ferrous materials, and the V-groove edge allows it to sit on a pipe. White frames provide contrast around the yellow vials, making them easier to read. In addition to the standard three vials for reading level, plumb, and 45 degrees, the center vial of the Reed LV9PM has a convenient window for viewing from the top. It also features measurement markings to indicate pitch at 1/8", 1/4" or 3/8" per foot (without making adjustments), which can be used to help establish the flow or drainage of water for such projects as plumbing, rain gutters, landscaping, and more.
