The Ridgid 86127 Model 118 close-quarters tubing cutter can be adjusted to cut tubing with an outside diameter of 1/4 inch up to 1-1/8 inch (6 mm to 28 mm). Ridgid catalog number 86127 is the cutter only, but catalog number 32573 is a 2-in-1 combo of the Model 118 cutter together with a lightweight, ergonomic ratchet handle. Designed specifically for working in restricted spaces, the Model 118 cutter is ideal for small-diameter tubing made of hard and soft copper, brass, aluminum, and plastic. The rollers on the Model 118 have grooves for close-to-flare cuts; and the strong yet lightweight slide and wheel housing along with a large, knurled, football-shaped, feed-screw knob make it easy to control the cutting pressure to ensure clean cuts. With the spring-loaded, AUTOFEED function on the Model 118 cutter, you only need to tighten the knob once, so it's simple to use in hard-to-reach spots. For additional flexibility when working in tight spaces, the previously mentioned ratchet handle (also sold by itself without a cutter: Ridgid catalog number 32933) allows for fine indexing to operate the cutter in ratchet steps as small as 10 degrees, which is especially useful when the workspace is too small for rotating a cutter by hand only. The Ridgid 86127 Model 118 close-quarters tubing cutter includes a spare cutter wheel in the knob. The standard replacement cutter wheel is Ridgid Catalog Number 33185, Model E-3469.
