The Rohl U.5585BO is a rough valve from the Perrin and Rowe collection. This bathroom fixture is an enduring classic ? elegant in style and efficient in action. A Georgian Era-style concealed thermostatic valve that is CNC-machined from solid brass bar stock. It has a mud guard. This Rohl U.5585BO rough valve is designed with precise measurements and with a traditional flair. It is a rough valve only with no trim and no service stops. It has temperature control while volume control must be ordered separately. This Rohl U.5585BO rough valve has primary screens in hot and cold inlets. Its capture nut and back plate installation allows the valve to be removed when needed. It has a flow rate of 14-16 gallons per minute at 60 PSI. It has a bottom outlet for a tub filler only, U.5396 must be ordered separately to access. To complete the assembly, order U.5585L/TO, U.5586X/TO, U.5565L/TO, U.5566X/TO, U.5785LS/TO or U.5786X/TO trim. The back of the valve to the finished wall is 3-1/2" minimum to 4-1/8" maximum (refer to the specification sheet). It uses 3/4" inlets and outlet with a standard on top included. If PEX is used, the supply line must be oversized to 1" for full flow capacity.
